Another day, another turkey burger. This flavorful burger was not only yummy, but super juicy! I ate one the next morning with breakfast it was so good. And if you love mustard like I do, it’s worth every delicious bite!
Spinach & Mustard Turkey Burgers
1 lb turkey burger 85/15
4 cups fresh baby spinach
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1/2 large sweet onion diced
2 Tbs olive oil
1/3 cup Beer mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1/8 cup lager
Sauté the garlic and spinach in 1 Tbs of olive oil on low heat until the spinach is wilted; set aside. Do the same with the onions and set aside to cool. In a mixing bowl add the turkey burger and the rest of the ingredients. Mix together then add the spinach and onions and mix again until everything is evenly incorporated. In a hot skillet with a little more olive oil cook the turkey burgers for about 10 to 12 minutes flipping once. Place on your favorite bun with mayo and take a big bite… Delicious!
