Orange Yogurt Cake

Orange Yogurt Cake

This delightful Orange Yogurt Cake is one of those versatile treats that you can have for breakfast with your morning cup of coffee (tea for me!) or as a dessert with a side of ice cream. It’s dense and rich. Oh. So. Good.

Orange Yogurt Cake
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 Naval orange, freshly squeezed
1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and the salt.
