We spent Easter afternoon at the Country Club for their excellent and over the top buffet… A wonderful break for me to not have to cook. One of the many options to choose from was this delicious bite of Eggs Sardou. Both my Hubby and I liked so much that he asked me if I would recreate the dish at home for breakfast. Here is my version of this wonderful dish… (Oh, I made the Artichokes the night before and saved the hearts, but we ate the leaves as an appetizer with dinner). Continue reading

This has got to be one of the easiest breakfasts to prepare. Layer it all in a little mason jar, screw on the lid and pop in the fridge overnight. I added chocolate chips to these little gems but you can add anything – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries; use different types of yogurts, even drizzle on some honey…whatever you want…they all end up delicious! Simple for the big day and healthy. Very delicious! Continue reading
Now that we’re all back in the swing of school and busy schedules eating breakfast sometimes takes a backseat to getting out of the house! These yummy little quiches can be made ahead and popped in the microwave right from the freezer. They can also be served as bite-sized appetizers or afternoon snacks. Multi-purpose mini morsels…doesn’t that sound perfect? Continue reading
This is one of those quick healthy eats. Sometimes I’ll have this for breakfast, sometimes an afternoon snack or an evening dessert…so much healthier than ice cream but just as delicious! Continue reading
