Overnight Oats with Chocolate Chips

This has got to be one of the easiest breakfasts to prepare. Layer it all in a little mason jar, screw on the lid and pop in the fridge overnight. I added chocolate chips to these little gems but you can add anything – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries; use different types of yogurts, even drizzle on some honey…whatever you want…they all end up delicious! Egg In A Squash Hole

Our morning Thanksgiving breakfast used to consist of bagels with all the fixings. Tiny Pancetta & Fontina Quiches

Now that we’re all back in the swing of school and busy schedules eating breakfast sometimes takes a backseat to getting out of the house! Multi-purpose mini morsels…doesn’t that sound perfect? Continue reading
Mango Yogurt Bowl

This is one of those quick healthy eats. Sometimes I’ll have this for breakfast, sometimes an afternoon snack or an evening dessert…so much healthier than ice cream but just as delicious! Continue reading
Honey, Lavender & Banana Smoothie
