Black Bean Salsa
2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
3 limes, juiced
salt & pepper to taste
1/8 cup light olive oil
1 bag of chips of choice, I like the ones that hold the goods…
Toss all the ingredients together and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
