We had a huge bonfire with lots of friends and once again I made my Sliders like before. This time I decided I would make them with a little heat. They were great and another crowd-pleaser. Next time I think I well try them with Linda’s Reuben Sandwich… Yum!
Buffalo Chicken Sliders
1 lbs deli buffalo chicken, sliced thin
1/4 lb American cheese, sliced medium
1/4 lb Cheddar cheese, sliced medium
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 package of butter dinner rolls from Hawaiian/not sweet
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
Heat oven to 375°F. Cut the rolls horizontally trying to keep all the rolls together but separating the tops intact from the bottom intact. Mix the mayonnaise with the bleu cheese, hot sauce and half of the ranch seasoning. Place the bottom layer of rolls in a casserole dish and spread on the mayonnaise-bleu cheese mixture. Top evenly with the chicken breast; layer from corner to corner with the American cheese first, then the cheddar cheese. Place the top layer of rolls on top. Melt the butter and stir in the remaining ranch seasoning; brush all over the top of the rolls. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Cut and serve, Delicious!
Enjoy!
