This is another one of those really easy chicken recipes to have in your repertoire…Juicy and tasty? Check…Tender and crispy? Check…Quick and simple? Check…Now we’re talking!!

Deviled Chicken Thighs
8 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin removed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Heat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl whisk the Dijon, mayonnaise & Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour over the chicken thighs and allow to marinate at least ten minutes. Place the seasoned breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper. Dip marinated chicken in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes; turn over and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink. Place on a platter and serve immediately.
