Taco Tuesday: Crunchy Fish Tacos & Lime Slaw

Crunchy Fish Tacos & Lime Slaw
It’s Taco Tuesday! This healthy taco is so delicious and filling. I could honestly eat this every day. If you want a simple fish taco that is not beer battered and fried but still has all the decadence of crunch I recommend you give this taco a go…

Crunchy Fish Tacos & Lime Slaw
4 flour tortilla
2 tilapia fillets
1 cup panko crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 Tbs + 1/2 tsp chipotle chile pepper
1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 lime juiced
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Fresh Salsa Made Easy or salsa of choice
salt & pepper

Mix the panko with 1 Tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper and 1 tsp of salt.

  1. Looks so delicious. Coincidentally we just had crunchy baked fish. The idea of tacos is very interesting. I will try it with the rest of the fish. Thank you for sharing ☺ 👍
