Baking your fries is so much healthier than frying them…and if you’re going to pile them high with Mexican beef and cheese it only helps to bake the fries!!! This was an indulgent lunch, but one I will not soon forget! Forgive me for sending you to two separate blogs of mine for the total finished product, but I promise it is worth the visits. I had the beef left over and I just wanted to have it this way! Great for game night too!
