I love a good Potsticker! For a healthy twist to these little gems I used chopped cauliflower and shaved Brussels Sprouts, then I put them over a bed of spinach for a little more yummy goodness.
Pork & Cauliflower Potstickers
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups cauliflower chopped up
2 cups shredded Brussels Sprouts
1 onion diced
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs fish Sauce
1/4 tsp Asian Five Spice
2 tsp sesame oil
12 Wontons
Brown the onions and ground beef. Add the cauliflower and cook until tender.
Next add the shredded Brussels Sprouts, soy sauce, fish sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and Asian five spice.
Lay out your wontons and place a little of the mixture in the center of each one. Wet two edges of the wontons with water and pinch together.
Boil water and 1 tablespoon of soy in a shallow pan filled half way to the top. When the water comes to a low boil, add the wontons and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve right away on a bed of greens, cabbage or rice. Drizzle on a little Asian vinaigrette and Sesame Oil and eat. Delicious!
Enjoy!

It was a fluke really, but what makes us girls great in our kitchen is when we have to think outside the box. They were really great!
