
Growing up I remember eating frozen French Bread Pizzas as after-school snacks and always loved the crunch of those tasty treats. I haven’t bought a frozen pizza in a long, long time but we had some leftover Ciabatta bread from the weekend and I was craving pizza so I put together this Diablo Ciabatta Pizza that delivered the crunch that was craved…

Diablo Ciabatta Bread Pizza

Diablo Ciabatta Bread Pizza
loaf of ciabatta
8 oz tomato sauce
2 oz Pecorino Romano cheese, shredded
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
deli pepperoni slices
deli salami slices
dash oregano
dash garlic salt
Heat the oven to 450°F. Slice the ciabatta in half lengthwise. Spoon tomato sauce on both halves. Top with shredded cheese, pepperoni & salami. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic salt. Bake in heated oven 8-10 minutes until crispy.
