Chocolate and Peanut Butter are a favorite combo of many….these chocolate brownies are great on their own, but pop on some fluffy peanut butter frosting and you’ve got the Wow factor!
Brownie Peanut Butter Delight
Brownie mix with chocolate syrup pouch
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons milk
chocolate syrup or fudge topping
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8″ spring-form pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl using a wooden spoon, prepare brownies mixture with the chocolate syrup pouch, eggs, canola oil and milk. Pour into spring-form pan and bake 35-40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Remove the outer edge of the spring-form pan.
In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter with the confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and milk until creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Drizzle with syrup, cut into wedges and serve. Delicious with vanilla ice cream!
