Vegetable Black Bean Cincinnati Chili

vegetable-black-bean-cincinnati-chiliI have several spaghetti squash from my garden and this is the only way I’m going to eat them. SO good!!! My Hubby and I ate every bite and wished we had more.

Vegetable Black Bean Cincinnati Chili
1 spaghetti squash
1 cup chicken stock
salt & pepper

Preheat the oven to 350.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour until the spaghetti squash is tender and pulls easily away from the outer shell.

The chili I put inside after the squash was cooked was my
Black Bean & Spanish Hot Smoked Paprika Chili

Use the squash halves as the chili bowl, top with all your favorite toppings and serve. Delicious!!!
