Beer Cheddar Cheese

So Delicious, So Good, So Addictive!!! Served with a good IPA and a perfectly warmed crusty roll you almost think you died and went to heaven. Great for football games in front of the big screen or tailgating with fellow fans…This cheese spread is sure to please. Beer Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups day old lager (just open one and leave it out the night before)
2 lbs sharp aged cheddar cheese (grated)
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 (+) tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Grate the cheese, (I used some sliced aged cheese for this, but I usually use the block kind). Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. Even when you think it’s done, let it go a few more minutes. Total on and off about 5 minutes.

Heat a crusty baguette and serve with the cheese. Unbelievably good!!!
