Although Tapenade is not a pretty dish, it is decidedly delicious! I like to make this when I have impromptu guests coming, because it is simple and always a crowd-pleaser for the olive lovers. The beautiful thing about grocery stores today is you can pick your olives at an olive bar and not purchase jar after jar after jar. Add some cheese, a food processor and a good cracker… Now you have an appetizer worthy of a King!
1/2 cup Green Cerignola olives
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup Oil Cured olives
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup roasted garlic
In a blender or processor, add all your ingredients. Processes until you have the consistency you desire.
Place in a serving dish with crackers and serve. So easy, so good and so delicious!
