Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Marinated pork chops are a great weekday dinner. In and out of the kitchen in just twenty minutes. How easy is that? And with a side of Honey Dijon Rice and a salad, it’s just too perfect to pass up!

Honey Dijon Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 sweet onion, cut into rings

Place pork in a shallow dish. In a small bowl combine the honey, Dijon, cider vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over pork chops and allow to marinate at least ten minutes. (Time enough to cook the Honey Dijon Rice!)

Heat two skillets over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add pork chops and minced garlic to the first skillet. Add sliced onion rings to the second skillet. Cook the pork chops 4 minutes on the first side. Flip over, add the remaining marinade and cook 3 minutes. Sauté onions in the second skillet for just about 7 minutes.

Serve Honey Dijon Pork Chops with a side of sautéed onions and Honey Dijon Rice.
