I love a good tomato juice… and if you add alcohol, well then you have a cocktail. We all have had a Bloody Mary, but this is a Bloody Maria. The difference is Tequila! Also I added blended tomatoes and cucumbers for extra body. It was oh so good…

Vegetable Bloody Maria
1 28oz can diced tomatoes, drained and rinsed
2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 cup tomato juice
1 Tbs celery salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper or Tabasco
1 Tbs horseradish
1 lemon squeezed
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Tequila

In a blender blend the diced tomatoes and cucumbers. Pour into a glass and garnish with celery stalk & lemon slice.
