Of course I didn’t create this fantastic drink…I just wanted to share it with you! This is part of our ‘Cocktail Corner’ which already includes our homemade Springtime Sangria recipe and Heidi’s Red Ruby Grapefruit Peppermint and Lime Martini (Yum!). Tequila Sunrise is a summery-flirty-refreshing drink!
Tequila Sunrise
1.5 fluid ounces good Tequila
3/4 cup pulp-free orange juice
6-8 ice cubes
1 fluid ounce Grenadine
Add the Tequila, orange juice and ice cubes into a shaker. Put the lid on and shake vigorously for at least ten seconds. Pour into a tall 12 ounce glass. Slowly pour in the Grenadine…watch it settle on the bottom to create a beautiful and tasty cocktail.
Enjoy!
Linda~
Gosh, these look amazing for the upcoming weekend. Except Friday seems so far away….
