Blueberry Nantucket Spritz

These fabulous end of the year cocktails are a creation of our new neighbors Cheryl & Bryan, who hale from the Cape Cod-Nantucket region. They’ve become fast friends – we are so lucky to have found such great neighbors! Cheryl shared this drink with me the other night as we were sitting out on her lanai enjoying the beautiful evening weather here in Southwest Florida.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year. May next year be filled with health & happiness!

Blueberry Nantucket Spritz

Triple 8 Nantucket Blueberry Vodka

Splash of Pom Blueberry Juice

Club Soda

Simple Syrup or Sprite (optional)

Fill an 8 oz glass with crushed ice. Pour an ounce or two (or more!) of the Triple 8 Nantucket Blueberry Vodka, a splash of the Pom Blueberry Juice and as much club soda as it takes to fill the glass. Stir in a bit of either simple syrup or sprite if you want to sweeten it up a little. You can also garnish with a wedge of lime … perfect drink to add to our Cocktail Corner.

Drink up Friends & Enjoy Life!
