Cauliflower Crust Veggie Pizza With A Tomato, Red Pepper Sauce

Cauliflower Crust Veggie Pizza 1
I like a good cauliflower crust and I’ve made them before, but it sometimes takes more time than you have. I found these great ready-made cauliflower crusts in the freezer department of my grocery store and they’re really good. Today I made lunch with lots of veggies and a great sauce that added a lot of flavor and depth.

Cauliflower Crust Veggie Pizza With A Tomato, Red Pepper Sauce
1 Frozen Cauliflower crust
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced cooked green peppers
1/2 cup diced cooked onions
1/2 shaved Brussels Sprouts
1/2 large roasted red pepper finely chopped
2/3 cup favorite marinara sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 Pecorino Romano cheese
olive oil

Heat the oven to 425°F. Top the crust with the sauce, cheese and all the toppings. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve it up with a little red pepper flakes and extra Recorino Romano cheese…delicious!

Enjoy!
