It’s Margarita time!!! I had my Peeps (friends) over for a Mexican lunch with pitchers of delicious Margaritas. I made my Mexican Beef Burritos with all the trimmings. I must say the Margaritas were a huge hit. Authentic all the way! I didn’t rim the glass because I don’t enjoy them with salt or sugar, so feel free to rim the glass if you want…
2 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup white Tequila
1 cup triple sec
2 cups ice cubes
Place ice in a pitcher and pour remaining ingredients over the ice. Stir and let sit for ice to melt a bit then pour into desired glasses…and…CHEERS!
