During this week as Linda and I prepare for Thanksgiving, the old standards are recreated for the ones we love. It is the passionate curiosity of blending this flavor or ingredient with that technique. New ideas out of old traditions. We have no special talent… only the desire to create inspiring dishes that our families remember and ask for again and again.

Thanks Lynn. Linda and I really are passionate about what we are doing here. We have always wanted to work on a project together. Although we are in different states, we get to be together all the time in our adventure here. The best part is that you are enjoying it with us.
