Grilled Pear & Bacon Spinach Salad

Growing up, my Mom made a spinach salad with bacon that was always a welcome addition to the table. I actually don’t have her recipe (shame on me!) but from what I can remember it was simply spinach lettuce, crisp bacon & thinly sliced red onion with a tangy vinaigrette.
