Everyone loves a great tasting cookie…Here is the classic chocolate chip cookie with the addition of butterscotch chips! Double yummy!! I love to use semi-sweet baking squares and chop them into bits as their flavor is so much richer than the regular chips. These are my son Gabe’s favorite cookie. Green Beans with Pistachio Gremolata

If you’ve never tried Gremolata before you really should.  Gremolata is a garnish that combines chopped parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. Many times pine nuts are added to pump up the flavor but I decided to use pistachios instead. Sprinkled on top of fresh green beans it’s really, really good. Chicken Caprese


I recently visited with my sister Heidi and she gave me an abundance of veggies! In this recipe I used some of her beautiful fresh tomatoes…so delicious! If you like Caprese Salad (the combination of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil) you’re going to love this Chicken Caprese.
