The beautiful thing about grocery stores today is you can pick your olives at an olive bar and not purchase jar after jar after jar. As promised, here is my Whipped Sweet Potato Delight. It was born on Thanksgiving many years ago when I was a young mother and was asked to make the sweet potatoes for the meal that year. Since I didn’t ever like the marshmallow-brown sugar version, I decided to make them in a manner that I would want to eat them. Mashed with lots of butter and cream cheese.
