This tasty fall salad actually reminds me of spring. I served it recently at a luncheon I hosted. Since I love to decorate my dining table to the 9’s as often as I can, I invite different groups of women to a lunch and we have a wonderful, elegant time. Sometimes it’s for charity, and sometimes just because. This time it was for all the wonderful women who work for my husband that make his office run like a well-oiled machine. Mediterranean Wheat Salad

As Heidi mentioned on Tuesday, this week we’re sharing two healthy salads…today’s salad is made with Khorasan wheat, which comes from an ancient whole grain original to the Mediterranean region that is now also grown in Montana USA. This particular brand is Kamut – organically grown – with a rich, nutty flavor.
