Years ago when we were young my mother would organize cookie making days during the Christmas season. She had a ton of wonderful cookie recipes that my sisters and I would make with her – it was so much fun! It’s been years since I’ve had to make more than a batch of cookies…but since I was recently invited to join in a Cookie Exchange Party I had the opportunity to make these delightful Christmas-time cookies that my mom used to make with us.
