Years ago my parents gave us a Bread Maker machine for Christmas. I can tell you that this is one great gift and it has gotten a lot of use! We’ve made all kinds of breads, specialty breads, pretzels & cinnamon rolls…but by far, everyone’s favorite and the most-often thing to come out of our Bread Maker machine is pizza dough! I think I’m kind of into chicken cutlets right now. There are times in the year when my hubby has to work really late and I always wait to eat with him. I’ve found I can prepare the cutlets in advance. They cook up super fast and are light for late evening dining. It’s so important to me that he has a home cooked meal made with love when he comes home. I serve it with a simple salad and that’s all we need. Thank you Baby for all you do. I love you! If you’ve been following Linda and I for a while now, you know that I am gifted several hams by my hubby’s clients every year. I have had to make ham in so many ways my brain hurts…but this is my favorite! I actually served this dish at a Small Plate Dinner on an evening we had guests. It was the perfect 4 or 5 bites that left you wanting more. Serving dishes on little 4″x 4″ plates is a fun way to make the ordinary exciting, (and to use your leftovers)! I really like Jerk seasoning and haven’t made it in a while…with this meal I decided to not only marinate the pork chops in the jerk seasoning but to also make a rice with the same marinade. It turned out great! Here’s another addition to the Pork Night Repertoire!
