Homemade Ricotta, Spinach and Shrimp Pizza With A Tarragon Lemon Aioli

Homemade Ricotta, Spinach & Shrimp Pizza
Whoops! I scheduled this to post last week by accident – so here it is again! 🙂

Do you ever have those days where it’s time to figure out lunch and when you look in the refrigerator all you have are lots of little containers of leftovers? Well, that is how this pizza came about. My Hubby loved it so much that he requested it again. This time I decided to share it with all of you. Continue reading

Baked Shrimp With A Lemon & Tarragon Mayonnaise

Baked Shrimp With A Lemon & Tarragon Mayonnaise 1
I like to entertain, but I do try to keep things simple. Baking the shrimp instead of boiling them takes way less time and ends up perfect every time.  Then, instead of the same old cocktail sauce (although I served that too), I made a mayonnaise-based sauce for dipping. My guests went crazy over it and the cocktail sauce was left untouched! The best part was that this time I got to share it first-hand with my Fabulous Fare Sister…Linda…she was there too! Tarragon Pork & Brandy Shallot Cream Sauce

On today’s menu we have one of his favorites – Loin pork chops marinated with tarragon and served with a brandy cream sauce that is simply divine. This meal would be great served with a side of Heidi’s Cheesy, Garlic & Herb Riced Potatoes! Enjoy… Continue reading

Pasta Made with Love!

My Husband LOVES Italian food! And when he gets his hankering, I get busy. There is nothing quite as fabulous as fresh pasta. Don’t get me wrong, we use the box a lot, but when it’s just me and him, the love gets cooking. About twelve years ago I saw a pasta machine in a second hand store that was still in the box and had never been used, so needless to say I bought it. I had never made pasta before, but I learned. Even though I have the Kitchen Aid to help with the mixing, I opt for the old cranking machine.  Continue reading
