Now on to today’s Fiesta Friday contribution! Irish Stew is one of the very first dishes I make every year when it starts to get a little chilly in the fall. This is a stew we made at our restaurant many years ago and one that I still make at home today. It is more simple than our restaurant version because I use a condensed consume instead of making a demi-glace that would take 2 – 3 days to make, but it is perfect for my home version. First in the Herb Garden Marinated Lamb Chops


I was beyond excited today when I visited my four gardens to see what I need to do. To my surprise in my #1 herb garden, spring had yielded thriving chives. They were all sprouting beautifully. Along with chives, the thyme had begun to climb back and curly parsley was peeping up its little sprouts… I have two herb gardens and yeah to that because boy do I use them.
