The zucchini are here!!! All our plants are blooming beautifully and we love to eat them…like everyone I suspect. We love to make and serve them like spaghetti. What a brilliant little device we use! In any case, I decided to make them with my shrimp scampi sauce. So good I’m not sure my hubby will want his zucchini any other way…light to the tummy and pleasing to the palate! Continue reading
