I first had these yummy Brussels Sprouts at a Redstone Grill a while ago and made a note to myself to make them for Thanksgiving this year…so here’s my version…they turned out superb! Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Brussels Sprouts with Applewood Smoked Bacon
5 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon, diced
2 – 10 oz pkgs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons pure honey
salt & fresh ground pepper
Cook the diced bacon in a large cast iron skillet until crispy; remove from skillet and reserve. Remove most of the bacon fat, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Sauté the trimmed Brussels Sprouts about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add the apple cider vinegar and continue to sauté another 10 minutes or until Brussels Sprouts are tender; seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, stir in the crispy bacon and drizzle honey on the Brussels Sprouts. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
Enjoy!

After removing from the heat – just before adding the drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
