I recently bought a jar of Lavender just to see what I could do with it… First up, a creamy smoothie with banana, Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla…delicious on its own but add a hint of Lavender and it goes ‘Pop’!! A great little breakfast treat or afternoon snack…
Honey, Lavender & Banana Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon edible Lavender Flower Pods
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
In a blender combine the banana, Greek yogurt, honey, lavender, vanilla extract & milk. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
