My son-in-law loves Canadian Poutine as does my Hubby. After I made Irish Stew for dinner I decided to serve it Poutine-style for lunch the next day…So delicious with the baked fries and melted cheese. It was the three D’s… Decadent, Divine, Delicious!!!
Baked Fries Irish Stew Poutine
One batch Baked Fries
1 cup Irish Stewย
4 thick slices whole milk mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper
chives for garnish
Bake the fries. While the fries are baking heat up the stew in a sauce pan or microwave. When the fries are done plate and divide them on two oven safe plates. Top each plate with 1/2 cup of the stew and top each with two slices of cheese. Put in the oven under the broiler until cheese is melted and gooey. Top with chives and a little salt & pepper. Delicious!
Enjoy!

Thank you Mojisola… I have a hard time frying anything, so I find a way to bake everything! Not sure if it matters sometimes, just a thing.
