The month of December is full of parties! Christmas, holiday, work, friends & family parties! I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a good Taco Party Dip…so bring this tasty treat along with you to your next get-together!
Taco Party Dip
1 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
16 oz can refried beans
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup thick & chunky salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
Sauté the beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Add in the seasoning mix and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spread the refried beans on the bottom of an 8″ glass casserole dish. Layer with taco seasoned beef, shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. Top with salsa and sour cream.
Serve with scooped tortilla chips. Bring along the remaining salsa and sour cream to top off if needed!
The Perfect Party Dip!
Enjoy!

Oooh this is quite different from how I’ve made taco dip. I might have to give your version a try next time I need to make some.
