I have several spaghetti squash from my garden and this is the only way I’m going to eat them. SO good!!! My Hubby and I ate every bite and wished we had more.
Vegetable Black Bean Cincinnati Chili
1 spaghetti squash
1 cup chicken stock
salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 350.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour until the spaghetti squash is tender and pulls easily away from the outer shell.
The chili I put inside after the squash was cooked was my
Black Bean & Spanish Hot Smoked Paprika Chili
Use the squash halves as the chili bowl, top with all your favorite toppings and serve. Delicious!!!
Enjoy!

Oh wow, we are HUGE fans of Cincinnati Chili! My friend in Ohio introduced to me and my hubby and he spent almost 10 years perfecting the recipe, I never thought to put it on spaghetti squash, great idea!!!!!
