From Madagascar to McDonalds, Parfaits are all the rage…(think Shrek!) Here’s a light, healthy & tasty breakfast…

Breakfast Parfait
2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
1-2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Granola

In two decorative glasses, layer the yogurt with banana slices & granola.

The perfect Monday morning breakfast as it’s light and healthy!
