Here is another appetizer that my honey and I had to ‘test‘ for our Christmas guests. It’s a hard job, but someone had to do it…
Warm Brie In Puff Pastry Cups With Fruit Chutney
1 package puff pastry
1 package creamy brie
1 cup Cranberry & Apricot Chutney
Bake the puff pastry cups for 15 minutes instead of 18-20. Remove from oven and follow package directions on how to remove tops. Place slices of brie in the cups and top with some chutney, (if the chutney has been refrigerated, warm it in the microwave for 20 seconds).
Return to oven and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more. Remove from oven, plate and serve. So simple, so good!

Enjoy!

Very simple… If you don’t have time to make the chutney, most stores have some.

Where in the supermarket can you find packaged puff pastry?

Usually in the frozen section by the frozen bread and pie crust, but you can always ask your grocer.
