Cocktail Corner: Frozen Margaritas

COCKTAIL CORNER! It’s the tail end of summer and what better way to say ‘Goodbye’ to summer than to toast it with a parting summer drink? These cool frozen drinks are refreshing and should be savored along with the final warmth of summer…

Frozen Margaritas
1 cup crushed ice
4 tablespoons frozen limeade
4 tablespoons Tequila
2 tablespoons Contreau (triple sec)
salt
lime wedges for garnish

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Wet the top edges of two martini glasses with a little water and dip into some salt that has been poured onto a flat plate. Fill glasses with the Frozen Margarita. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
